Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 13 August 2026
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy keeps TREX IPTV fast, stable and fair for everyone. It applies to your account, your subscription and your use of this website, and it forms part of our Terms of Use. Most subscribers will never notice these rules — they simply describe using the service normally.
Your subscription is personal
A subscription is intended for you and the members of your household. You may install and use it on your own devices, but you must not:
- Share your account password or service credentials with people outside your household.
- Sell, rent out or otherwise pass on access to your subscription.
- Operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits that apply to a single subscription.
If you are interested in offering the service to others commercially, contact us first — that requires a separate arrangement, not a consumer subscription.
Prohibited activities
You must not, under any circumstances:
- Redistribute, re-stream, publicly screen or commercially exploit any content received through the service.
- Record content for the purpose of sharing or republishing it.
- Attempt to probe, scan, overload or attack our servers, or interfere with the service for other users.
- Scrape the website, harvest data from it, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
- Use the service in connection with any unlawful activity, or in violation of laws that apply to you.
- Make fraudulent payments, initiate unjustified chargebacks, or abuse the refund process.
- Harass, threaten or abuse our support staff. We help everyone gladly — respect goes both ways.
Security responsibilities
Keep your password strong and private, and sign out on shared devices. If you believe your credentials have been exposed or you notice activity on your account that you do not recognise, change your password and contact support immediately so we can secure the account with you.
Fair use of support
Our support channels exist to solve real problems and answer genuine questions. Please do not flood them with duplicate messages — one clear message with your order number and a description of the issue gets you help fastest.
Enforcement
When we detect a violation of this policy, our response is proportionate: for minor issues we normally warn first and explain what needs to change. Serious violations — such as credential resale, re-streaming or attacks on our infrastructure — can lead to immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund, as described in the Terms of Use and the Refund Policy. Where the law requires it, we may also report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
Reporting problems
If you become aware of abuse of the service, a security vulnerability, or content that appears to violate this policy, please tell us through the Contact page. We investigate every report.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Material changes will be announced to registered customers by email.
About this document
This policy is a general template prepared for TREX IPTV. The service owner may adapt it and have it reviewed by legal counsel; the version published on this page is the one that applies.
