Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information TREX IPTV ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and subscription service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to operate the service, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we ask for your name, email address and, optionally, a phone number. We also store your language preference so the website and our emails appear in the language you chose.
Orders and payments
When you buy a plan we record the order details: the plan, the amount, the order number, the date, and the email address the order belongs to. Payments themselves are processed by our third-party payment partner on their own systems. We never receive or store your full card number or card security code; we receive only a confirmation of the payment result and a transaction reference.
Technical and security data
Like most websites, our servers keep limited technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request — for security purposes, for example to detect repeated failed sign-in attempts and to protect accounts. We also keep a record of emails we send you (address, subject and delivery status) so we can diagnose delivery problems.
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, subject and message you provide so that we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
How we use your information

Account data is kept while your account exists. Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Sensitive service credentials stored on our side are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data inside our team is limited to the people who need it to help you.
