Terms of Use
Last updated 13 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and TREX IPTV ("we", "us") covering your use of this website and of the subscription service sold through it. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. The service
TREX IPTV provides access, for the duration of a paid subscription, to streaming content — live channels, movies and series — delivered over the internet to supported devices. The exact set of channels and titles can change over time as sources are added, replaced or withdrawn; we work to keep the line-up rich and stable, but no specific channel or title is guaranteed to remain available for the whole subscription period.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and service credentials confidential. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- One account per person. Your subscription is personal and may not be resold or shared outside your household, as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
- You must be an adult under the law of your country to purchase a subscription.
4. Orders, payment and activation
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout, and the price displayed when you place an order is the price you pay. Payments are handled by our third-party payment partner; we do not receive or store full card details. Your subscription is activated after the payment is confirmed. Activation is normally quick; if a technical delay occurs we notify you and our team resolves it. The start and end dates of your subscription are always visible in your account.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we never charge your payment method without a new order placed by you. Before your plan ends we send a reminder by email, and you can renew from your account. If your current subscription is still active when you renew with the same plan, the new period is added to the end of the current one.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and fairly. In particular, you must not redistribute or re-stream the content, share your credentials, interfere with our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but cannot promise a service entirely free of interruptions: maintenance windows, upstream source issues and events outside our control can affect streaming temporarily. We publish the operational state of our systems on the public status page and work to resolve incidents quickly. We may improve or modify features of the website and service; when a change materially reduces what a current subscription includes, we will inform affected customers.
8. Intellectual property
The website, its design, texts and branding are our property or used under licence. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for private viewing during your subscription; no other rights are granted.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy — for example credential sharing, re-streaming or fraudulent payments. Where reasonable we warn first. You may stop using the service at any time; simply let your subscription run out, as there is no automatic renewal to cancel.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered place of business of the service owner, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with material changes announced to registered customers by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms are welcome at any time through the Contact page or our support email address.
About this document
These terms are a general template prepared for TREX IPTV. The service owner may adapt them and have them reviewed by legal counsel; the version published on this page is the one that applies.
